Dear PSADP Participant,
Thank you for your participation in our Professional Service Advisor Development Program™. Please follow the instructions below to complete your training related quizzes.
PLEASE NOTE: Prior to taking the quiz, please ensure that you have your corresponding workbook available
- By clicking the link below will you will enter the quizzes log-in page.
- When entering the log-in page, please enter your username, and password originally issued to you when you enrolled in the Service Advisor Academy™.
- Once into the list of quizzes, please click on a training module that you have completed and for which you desire to take the corresponding quiz. You will have only two opportunities to take the open book quiz before it will lock you out. Once you are locked there will be no more opportunities for you to take the quiz, and that could result in rendering you ineligible for receiving your final seal and Professional Service Advisor™ designation. So, please be careful. The higher score of your two attempts at each quiz will be recorded on your report card and will be the final score to be included in your quest to achieve your Professional Service Advisor™ designation.
- Next, press the “start quiz” button located on the bottom left of the page.
- After each answer, click the “answer” button to progress to the next page. If the question was answered incorrectly, please make note of where in your workbook the correct answer may be found. This will help you locate the correct answer to the question.
- At the end of the quiz, it is recommended that you print out a report of your quiz results to keep for your own records.
- All quiz scores will be sent automatically to the Online Training Coordinators upon completion.
