Since 2000, the president of R. L. O'Connor & Associates, Inc., Bob O'Connor, has an article published four times a year in MOTOR Magazine, a renown automotive service industry publication that has a long and distinguished history.

Bob has over 35 years experience in the automotive industry in both technical and managerial capacities. He has authored and presented management and employee workshops throughout North America. In addition, Bob has offered consulting and various other automotive-related services to the independent repair industry, (including mechanical, transmission, and collision), franchised new and used car and truck dealerships, major oil companies, and many other national automotive franchises in the U.S. and Canada.
